These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and coy99 ("coy99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at coy99.lat. To register and maintain an Account on the coy99 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. coy99 is strictly an adult gaming platform. We operate a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from coy99 or had an Account closed by us for terms violations.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of coy99 or any of its affiliated third-party service providers.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information during registration — including misrepresenting your age, identity, or place of residence — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether using different email addresses, device identities, payment methods, or household addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, coy99 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, forfeit any Bonus Funds, and void any winnings derived from bonus activity.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other Account authentication credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. coy99 will not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify us immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect your Account has been compromised.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

In order to process withdrawals, coy99 may require you to complete identity and address verification. Standard KYC documents include a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and — where required — proof of the payment method used for deposits. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 business hours of document submission.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned via the original deposit method after outstanding wagering requirements are assessed. coy99 also reserves the right to close or suspend Accounts without notice in cases of suspected fraud, terms violations, or regulatory compliance requirements.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

coy99 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in MYR: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT. Specific minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

5.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. coy99 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits are typically credited to your coy99 Account balance within minutes of successful payment gateway confirmation. coy99 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or your banking institution.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification as described in Section 4.3. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. coy99 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for DuitNow and FPX transactions on verified Accounts during standard operating hours. Processing times may vary for bank transfer channels and crypto transactions.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on coy99 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless explicitly specified. Users depositing in other currencies or via cryptocurrency will have their balance converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the payment processor at the time of the transaction.

coy99 offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and free credits. All promotions are subject to specific terms, which will be clearly published on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all coy99 promotions unless otherwise stated:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x). This means you must place qualifying bets totalling the Bonus Funds amount multiplied by the stated requirement before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 15x requirement requires RM 1,500 in total qualifying wagers.

6.2 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward clearing a wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following contribution rates apply: slot games contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games contribute 10%; instant win and arcade games contribute 20%; sports betting wagers contribute 100% subject to minimum odds requirements.

6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While Bonus Funds are active in your Account balance, the maximum permitted bet per round or hand is MYR 50 (or currency equivalent). Placing bets exceeding this limit while using Bonus Funds may result in the Bonus Funds and all associated winnings being forfeited without notice.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds and the associated wagering requirement must be completed within 14 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited to your Account. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from the Account balance.

6.5 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the maximum withdrawal amount derived from bonus activity is capped at five times (5x) the original bonus value. For example, if you received a RM 100 bonus, the maximum you may withdraw from bonus-derived winnings is RM 500. Any winnings in excess of this cap will be removed upon withdrawal request.

All games available on the coy99 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game interface. The following general rules apply across all product categories:

7.1 Random Number Generation

All slot and table games on the coy99 platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology, independently tested and audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Results are determined solely by the RNG and are not influenced by bet size, frequency of play, account tier, or any other external variable.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, UFC, badminton, and other events — are governed by specific sports betting rules. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds and the confirmed market odds at bet acceptance, coy99 reserves the right to void or reprice affected bets. 7.3 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, game server error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game round, coy99 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered stakes to the player's Account. coy99 is not liable for losses arising from technical errors beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the user side.

7.4 Disputed Transactions

If you believe a game result or transaction on your Account is incorrect, you must raise the dispute within 30 days of the event in question by contacting support via live chat or at [email protected]. coy99 will investigate and respond to all disputes within 10 business days. Our internal dispute resolution decision is final subject to your right to escalate to the relevant regulatory body.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the coy99 platform. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;

• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of coordinated betting manipulation in connection with sports events offered on the Platform;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool designed to mask your actual location;
• Selling, transferring, or attempting to monetise your Account or Account credits to any third party;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening coy99 staff or other users through any communication channel.

All content on the coy99 platform — including but not limited to the coy99 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, copy, software code, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of coy99 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or any commercial use of Platform content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, coy99 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of revenue, or any other economic loss — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

coy99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

coy99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are substantive, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will take effect on the published effective date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure.

These Terms and Conditions, and any non-contractual obligations arising from or in connection with them, are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming laws and regulations.
